RK Gallery offers special pieces for special clients.
Every item is made speacially for you according to your order.
The parts process is careful to atend each customer's specifications.

 

Custom Production

Each item has a different production period, as does its supplier.
The part will be sent after the deadline identified below:

For clothing, fine art and prints: up to 7 working days of production.
For large prints: up to 15 working days of production.
For ready-to-deliver original frames, shipping is done within 4 business days.

 

Domestic shipping for item categories:
For clothing, fine art and prints: Correios (Brazil Delivery Service)
For large frames within the State of São Paulo: Transport companies to be defined.

 

International shipment by DHL.
Shipping costs are determined by destination and weight. It does not include import taxes, custom duties etc. Delivery time depends on the country of destination. Delivery is between 6-10 business days.

 

Exchange of orders
Purchases can be exchanged in case of defect or damage during transport.
As these are personalized orders (size, color, art, special cut), the customer is aware that they will receive exactly as described in the text of each product and also according to the criteria agreed upon when completing the order.
There are no exchanges for orders with no defects.
Orders are checked by production before being shipped.
